Basics of Making Ice Cream

Antonelli is in the privileged position to have a team of ice cream professionals who travel the country supporting customers.  Our National Technical Manager provides technical advice for balancing recipes and using the best processes to suit each individual gelateria and parlour.  We recognise that each of our customers, whether novice or experienced, using traditional or culutural techniques or modern methods, needs to create a unique ice cream or gelato experience and we are delighted to be able to support the development of these recipes to achieve ice cream excellence from North to South and East to West.  For speciific or bespoke training courses we also offer our purpose built training and development facility at our Irlam site, where we can deliver our specialist training and demonstrations as part of the Antonelli Gelato Academy.
