Whilst we can’t predict the weather, we can hope that 2024 will provide us with those sought after sunny summer days to give ice cream sales a much-needed boost following the rather dreary weather in July and August of this year. Pricing can often be difficult to predict for the coming 12 months, but as a manufacturer we are more aware of costs (both in terms of supply and manufacture) for the next year. As you may know, there are a few elements that have impacted the price of cones for 2024, including the cost of sugar increasing and the cost of wheat flour decreasing.
