Extra Milky is a product in powder form, rich in milk chocolate chips that can be plainly seen inside the packet. A product perfectly balanced during production, to make gelatos that do not harden on display.
Extremely practical to use: 1 packet of product and 3 litres of milk. The only precaution is to use very hot or even boiling milk, so that the milk chocolate chips in the product are correctly dissolved. Requires no maturation time, and once the product is dissolved in the milk it can be poured directly into the batch freezer.
