Antonelli is in the privileged position to have a full time multi-lingual Technical Specialist who is able to visit customers to provide technical support in balancing recipes, using the right processes for the ingredients and facilitating keeping old traditions and cultural making techniques whilst using modern ingredients.  Demis Metwaly also delivers our specialist training courses held at our very own National Training & Demonstration Centre 'Rolando's'.
