Basics of Making Ice Cream

Antonelli is in the privileged position to have a team of ice cream enthusiasts who travel the country visiting customers.  As part of our service we also provide technical support in balancing recipes, using the right processes for the ingredients and facilitating keeping old traditions and cultural making techniques whilst using modern ingredients.  We are also proud to boast a purpose built training and development facility where we can deliver our specialist training and demonstrations as part of the Antonelli Gelato Academy.
