Bases for mousses.

Mecmousse products are perfect mixtures that allow soft and velvety mousses to be made, for eating with a spoon and served at +2/+4°C.

PREPARATION:

Whisk well-chilled milk in the rotary mixer together with the product.
Pour the mousse obtained into glasses or moulds and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
